Southgate Automotive Group is currently seeking a Customer Service - Booking representative to join our growing team. The Customer Service - Booking representative will be responsible for contacting our existing customer database to make service bookings, managing inbound calls, follow up calls and other general business development calls. In order to be successful in this position, your phone manner will be professional, friendly and focused on providing the highest level of customer service to customers while keeping a focus on achieving your KPIs and targets.
