Remuneration: SS/SM1 – Salary $139,538 p.a. About the opportunity: Reporting to the Director, Office for Data Analytics, the Program Director will lead a high-profile, whole-of-government program focused on strengthening data and digital capabilities to improve outcomes in the Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV) system. This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver complex reform at scale—bringing together data, technology and policy to support better decision-making and service delivery across government. You will work at the intersection of strategy and delivery, leading a program across its lifecycle, from early design and feasibility through to implementation planning and readiness. You will play a key leadership role in aligning stakeholders, navigating risk, and ensuring solutions are practical, secure and responsive to a sensitive operating environment. About you We are looking for a strategic and outcomes-focused leader who can operate confidently in complex and evolving environments. You will bring: Proven experience leading large-scale programs, ideally involving data, digital or cross-agency delivery Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels Sound judgement and the ability to manage risk in sensitive or high-profile contexts A demonstrated ability to translate strategy into practical delivery outcomes Excellent communication skills and experience advising executives Experience in social policy or human services environments will be highly regarded.
