About the role The Role As a Software Implementation Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our rostering solutions. You’ll collaborate with teams across the UK and Australia to successfully implement our software across a wide range of industries. Skills and Experience We’re looking for someone with at least five years of experience in software implementation within a SaaS B2B environment, leading projects from start to finish. Experience in implementing rostering solutions is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex systems into user-friendly solutions is also required. Experience with MS SQL Server and a background in other Field Service Management or Workforce Management solutions would be a major advantage. Must-Haves: 5 years of Software implementation consultant background Strong rostering or time and attendance experience Good tenure/stability – cannot be a job hopper; must stay beyond 12 months due to training investment Enterprise-level software implementation experience Ideal-to-Have: Blue light sector experience (fire, ambulance, or police scheduling) Healthcare sector experience is considered adjacent and acceptable Position in Organisation: Reports directly to Tracey Hamill, Associate Delivery Director for the Public Sector vertical The Public Sector vertical is one of three at Total Mobile (alongside Housing and CNI – Commercial & Infrastructure) Growth Opportunity: Potential to build and lead a team over time Initially a hands-on individual contributor role Salary budget: 180k super benefits
