Key Responsibilities · Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and tools, including automation frameworks. · Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate testing efforts, allocating tasks to analysts. · Execution & Monitoring: Oversee test execution, ensuring testing aligns with project requirements and timelines. · Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, conducting root cause analysis for issues. · Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to managers and clients. Required Skills and Qualifications · Experience: Proven experience as a Test Lead or senior Test Analyst, often 3 years. · Technical Skills: Understanding of manual/automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Azure Test Plans, ServiceNow ATF). · Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks. · Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
