An opportunity to join a leading global investment bank in Sydney as an Analyst within its General Industrials team. The group advises on a broad range of high-profile M&A, capital markets and strategic advisory transactions across sectors including manufacturing, transport, logistics, building materials and diversified industrials. You will work closely with senior bankers on live transactions, gaining exposure to complex deal execution and client interaction within a high-performing and well-regarded platform. Key Responsibilities Support execution of M&A and capital markets transactions from origination through to completion Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions, LBO where relevant) Assist in the preparation of client materials including pitch books, Information Memoranda, and Board presentations Conduct industry, market and company-specific research across the General Industrials landscape Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors Develop strong working relationships with senior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment Candidate Profile 12–24 months’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services or a related advisory environment Exposure to financial modelling and transaction execution highly regarded Excellent academic background (top-tier university; strong GPA/WAM required) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail Demonstrated interest in the Industrials sector and broader market dynamics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities To express your interest apply via the links provided or contact Tim on 0402 429 802
