SAP migration consultant Are you an experienced SAP Migration Consultant who enjoys being at the centre of a complex, business-critical transformation? This is an opportunity to play a key role in a major SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation program with a highly regarded business based in South Melbourne. You will be joining a team working on meaningful enterprise change, where your expertise will directly influence the quality, accuracy and success of a major SAP data migration. This is not a background support role. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for someone who understands how critical data is to a successful SAP transformation and who takes pride in getting the detail right. The opportunity We are looking for a skilled SAP Migration Consultant with strong experience across SAP S/4HANA migration, implementation and end-to-end data migration delivery. You will be responsible for supporting and managing key data migration activities across mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation and cutover readiness. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, functional consultants and project leadership to ensure data is accurate, trusted and ready to support the future state SAP environment. This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with business-critical data, and contributing to a transformation program where the work genuinely matters. What you will be doing You will be involved in the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including: Data extraction, profiling and analysis Data mapping between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA Data cleansing, transformation and enrichment ETL process support and execution Migration load preparation and validation Reconciliation of migrated data Defect identification, investigation and resolution Supporting mock loads, dress rehearsals and cutover activities Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure migration outcomes are accurate and reliable What we are looking for Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation programs Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP data migration processes Strong knowledge of migration tools such as Syniti DSP, SAP Migration Cockpit and LSMW Good SQL skills for data analysis, ETL support and validation Experience across data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation Strong understanding of data quality, governance and migration risk Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders A calm, methodical and detail-focused approach Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of outcomes Why this role?
