We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to lead a SQL Server to PostgreSQL migration using AWS SCT and AWS DMS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle heterogeneous migration and strong expertise in both SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Key Responsibilities Lead migration from SQL Server to PostgreSQL using AWS SCT and AWS DMS Convert T-SQL procedures, functions, and triggers to PL/pgSQL Configure and manage full load and CDC replication using AWS DMS Ensure data validation, integrity testing, and post-migration checks Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure smooth cutover Work directly with customer stakeholders and deliver independently Mandatory Requirements 5 years SQL Server DBA experience Experience with PostgreSQL architecture At least one end-to-end database migration project Strong understanding of T-SQL vs PL/pgSQL and platform differences Hands-on experience with AWS SCT and AWS DMS (full load CDC) We specialize in Digital, ERP, and larger IT Services.
