This is a single consultant display with dedicated associate support and longevity with new displays opening in the new stage release Q4 of this year! The role will involve: Greeting customers & finding a design to match their expectations Managing a high volume of leads, qualifying information, and consistently hitting targets Presenting tenders to clients and walking them through any queries they have Maintain an accurate database and documentation for all sales What you need Strong experience and longevity working for a home builder & selling new homes (in a Display Village environment) Excellent communication & social skills - written & verbal Ability to work autonomously & within a team Strong administrative skills - working with contracts, housing plans and council requirements The Benefits Non-repayable Base Super commission paid on contract signed Potential to earn $300k annually High enquiry display - over 50 deposits taken last financial year.
