About the Role We're looking for a commercially minded Junior Finance Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations and help drive smarter business decisions. This is a hands-on role with real scope, you won't be buried in a big finance team, you'll be a key voice at the table. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll manage the full finance function for the business and work closely with operations, marketing, and leadership. What You'll Be Doing Preparing monthly financial reports, P&L statements, and cash flow forecasts Managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations Supporting annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles Providing financial analysis to support commercial decisions Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and systems About You 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance CPA or CA qualified (or working towards it) Solid experience with accounting software You're comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities Strong Excel skills and an eye for clean, accurate reporting Why Join Us Genuine ownership of the finance function, not just a support role Work closely with senior leadership and influence business strategy A collaborative, fast-moving team where your work has direct impact
