The Client We are seeking an Application Support Officer to provide system support and training within a community service–focused organisation. This full-time position offers a hybrid working arrangement. The Role Working closely with the Applications and End User Support teams, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising core business applications. The focus of this position is on application administration, user enablement, and continuous system improvement. Key Responsibilities In this newly created role, you will: Support and administer business-critical applications including SharePoint, Lumary, and Salesforce Manage user access across ensuring appropriate governance and control Assess, triage, and implement system enhancements and application-related change requests Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT), upgrades, bug fixes and implementation initiatives Deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training across client management and document management systems, as well as Microsoft applications Develop user guides and provide clear communication on application updates and enhancements to stakeholders About You You will have demonstrated experience supporting and administering business applications, with exposure to platforms such as Salesforce/ Lumary and other client or records management systems. You will also be comfortable working across the application lifecycle, from user support and training through to enhancements and releases. Experience within the community services sector and familiarity with digital learning tools will be highly regarded.
