You’ll benefit from: • A stable, long-term career within the SA Water and SUEZ Production & Treatment Alliance • Annualised salary with Tool of Trade vehicle • 1 in 4 rostered on-call allowance plus paid overtime • 13 Paid Days Off (PDOs) per year in addition to your regular leave accruals • Monday to Friday hours (7:30am – 4:00pm) • Exposure to large-scale, high-impact operations • Clear pathways into Senior CWS and leadership roles Our Opportunity Reporting to the Customer Water Supply Manager, the CWS Coordinator – North is responsible for the operation, optimisation and maintenance of bulk water supply assets across northern metropolitan Adelaide. You will manage and maintain: · Over 120 water storage tanks and control installations · Pump stations and bulk transfer systems (ranging from 2ML/day to 180ML/day capacity) · Pressure sustaining valves and pressure control systems · Instrumentation and control systems · Large diameter trunk mains (up to 2.5m pipelines) This is not a static plant role; it is a dynamic network environment with constant technical challenges and real community impact. The role involves: · Fault finding and troubleshooting motors, pumps, instrumentation and controls · Interrogating SCADA and telemetry systems · Managing permits to work and coordinating contractors · Supporting capital works and planned shutdowns · Contributing to incident response · Supporting decisions that directly protect supply continuity for Adelaide metro residents What You Can Bring to the Team · Electrical Trade qualification (strongly preferred) or Mechanical Trade qualification · Strong fault-finding capability across motors, pumps and controls · Ability to work autonomously across geographically spread assets · Experience with SCADA and telemetry systems · Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking · High safety awareness · Excellent communication skills · Current unrestricted driver’s licence · Willingness to participate in a 1 in 4 on-call roster Highly Regarded: · Experience within water networks or bulk water supply systems · Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning complex network systems · MR Heavy Vehicle Licence and Truck Mounted Crane/Dogging HR Licence · CV Crane Licence (greater than 10m) · Confined Space Entry Want to know more?
