Job Description Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking for an experienced International Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of international freight movement, helping ensure shipments move smoothly, efficiently, and on time. You’ll coordinate logistics operations, liaise with carriers and clients, manage cargo movements, and help maintain compliance across domestic and international requirements. What you’ll be doing Be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and resolving freight-related issues promptly and professionally Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, cargo terminals, and other key stakeholders to keep shipments moving smoothly Prepare quotations aligned to client needs and ensure accurate billing Lodge cargo reports on time to support compliance and avoid penalties Maintain strict compliance with import, export, domestic, and security requirements Work closely with internal teams to ensure all documentation and processes are in place for safe and timely cargo movement What we’re looking for Experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or international supply chain coordination Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy The ability to stay organised and work well under pressure A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
