Job description We are seeking an experienced Compliance professional to design and implement a comprehensive Obligations Register for our client. This is a high-impact role at the beginning stages of a significant framework build, with limited existing infrastructure. You will lead the identification, documentation, and ongoing management of compliance obligations across the business, while designing supporting processes and frameworks. Key Requirements: Proven experience executing and maintaining an Obligations Register from the ground up in a large, complex organisation Strong background in compliance management frameworks and regulatory obligations Demonstrated ability to map internal processes and provide practical compliance support Broad risk management experience is highly regarded Background in regulated environments with significant change programs is advantageous This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building capability where none exists and enjoys translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable solutions.
