Key Responsibilities Coordinate tasks and oversee project execution for multi-storey residential developments Supervise on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met Develop and maintain project schedules for workers and subcontractors Adhere to the highest safety standards at all times Organize and manage equipment and resources efficiently Make informed decisions in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing project needs Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years in a project management role within the construction or residential building sector Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and senior management while liaising effectively with external contractors and suppliers Appropriate certification or building diploma. Exceptional communciation and multi-tasking abilities Team player attitude with a willingness to drive business and succeed!
