Wholesale Strategy & Brand Growth Coordinator (Part-Time) Bush Tucker Blends Bush Tucker Blends is one of Australia’s fastest-growing wellness brands, focused on creating radically clean, wholefood-based supplements using premium Australian ingredients. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team in a part-time Wholesale Strategy role. This is not your typical “rep” position. While the role involves supporting distributors and retail stockists, it is heavily focused on relationship building, growth strategy, education and helping expand the Bush Tucker Blends presence nationally. This role would suit someone with experience in: • Health food retail • Supplements or wellness brands • Brand representation • Distribution support • Sales and customer relationships It may also suit someone transitioning back into the workforce or a student seeking a meaningful part-time opportunity within the wellness industry. Key Responsibilities • Working closely with distributors and retail stockists • Coordinating rep trainings and product education • Supporting marketing calendars, promotions and activations • Assisting with in-store product placement and visibility • Supporting sell-through performance within stores • Building strong ongoing relationships with retailers nationally • Assisting with wholesale growth strategy and expansion opportunities • Becoming deeply educated on the Bush Tucker Blends range and philosophy About You • Self-motivated and highly organised • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Positive, vibrant and professional energy • Ability to self-manage and work collaboratively • Passionate about health, wellness and natural products • Sales and/or retail experience preferred • Understanding of wholesale/distribution channels advantageous The Opportunity This role is expected to evolve over time as the company continues to grow and may eventually expand into: • Brand activations • Strategic collaborations • Broader wholesale growth management • Full-time opportunities This role is not heavily road-based and is not a traditional full-time travelling sales rep role.
