We're looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Influencer and Partnerships team. At Breeze Balm, relationships are everything and this role is as much about building genuine, lasting connections with creators and partners as it is about getting things done fast and getting them done right. If you take ownership, move quickly, and take pride in everything you put your name to, we want to hear from you. What you'll be doing: Daily management and actioning of new and existing PR orders. Weekly upkeep and maintenance of all reports, KPI's and data using our internal systems. Sourcing, outreach, and coordination of influencer, creator and UGC gifting partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more. Supporting PR dispatch during peak periods and key marketing campaigns. Building and nurturing relationships with creators, influencers and brand partners, ensuring every partnership feels genuine and valued. Assisting in the planning and execution of brand events, product launches, pop-up activations, and community gatherings. What we're looking for: Deep interest in PR, influencer marketing, and the beauty industry. Someone who moves fast, takes initiative and genuinely cares about the outcome. Extensive understanding of trending influencers and pop culture across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Impeccable attention to detail. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Proactive, positive and always bringing ideas- someone who sees an opportunity and runs with it. A confident and immaculate communicator both verbal and written. Thrives under pressure and fast-paced environments. Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
