Paramount Fabrication – Experienced Fabricator / Boilermaker Paramount Fabrication is seeking a high-quality focused, versatile tradesperson to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can operate independently, and enjoys the challenge of delivering high-quality fabrication across a diverse range of projects . Based in our well-equipped workshop in Bibra Lake , Paramount Fabrication provides specialist fabrication services to clients across Western Australia. Our work ranges from structural and general fabrication through to complex custom projects, giving our team exposure to a broad and rewarding variety of work . This role is ideal for a highly capable tradesperson who enjoys seeing a job through from drawings to finished product , working in a workshop that values quality, efficiency, and strong team culture . About the Role You will be responsible for fabrication jobs from start to finish , including interpreting drawings, preparing materials, performing fabrication and welding, and delivering a quality finished product. This role is suited to an experienced workshop fabricator who is comfortable working independently across a variety of materials and processes, and who takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work. The work is varied and interesting, giving you the chance to apply your skills across a broad range of fabrication projects . The Type of Tradesperson That Will Succeed Here This role suits a tradesperson who: • Takes pride in producing high-quality fabrication work • Can work independently without constant supervision • Is comfortable completing jobs from drawings through to finished product • Works efficiently while maintaining high quality standards • Enjoys working in a small, high-performing team Skills & Experience Required • Trade-qualified Fabricator / Boilermaker • Minimum 4 years post-apprenticeship workshop experience • Strong fabrication and workshop knowledge • Ability to read and interpret advanced isometric drawings • Ability to work independently and take ownership of jobs • Proficiency across multiple welding processes (MIG & TIG) • Ability to pass a practical fabrication and weld test • Ability to pass medical and D&A screening if required • Full Australian working rights Key Responsibilities • Fabrication of a wide range of projects and materials • Complete jobs independently from drawing through to finished product • Work within allocated job timeframes • Operate workshop equipment including: Brake Press CNC Band Saw Plate Roller • Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail • Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment • Contribute positively to team culture and workshop discussions What We Offer • Stable 5-day working week with overtime available (up to 48.5 hours) • Diverse and interesting fabrication projects • Well-equipped workshop facility • Supportive small team environment • Uniform allowance • Opportunities to grow and expand your skillset
