Due to continued company growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Door Technician to join our professional team. About the Role This is a hands on field service role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance of a wide range of commercial and industrial door systems. You will work both independently and as part of a supportive team while representing DRWA on client sites across Perth. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Installation, servicing and repairs of: Industrial roller doors Commercial shutters Automatic doors Gates and access systems Preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis Delivering exceptional customer service onsite Completing service reports and documentation Participating in a shared after-hours call out roster Working safely and professionally at all times Paid overtime is available and regularly offered. To Be Successful You Will Have: Previous experience in a technical or hands-on trade role Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent time management and organisational skills A self-motivated and reliable attitude Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service Ability to work independently and within a team Strong focus on workplace safety Current manual driver’s licence Clear verbal and written communication skills Availability to participate in overtime and after-hours call-outs when required Desirable Tickets & Qualifications The following are advantageous but not essential: EWP Licence Forklift Licence Welding experience or qualifications Electrical Licence Experience with commercial door systems or automation equipment Why Join DRWA?
