The Opportunity: We are on the lookout for experienced Heavy Vehicle Repairers to become part of our dynamic repair services team. In this role, you’ll have the chance to work on a wide range of heavy vehicle repairs and fabrication tasks, focusing primarily on truck trailers and related equipment. If you’re ready to apply your skills to a variety of exciting and challenging projects, we’d love to hear from you! Tasks Include: Diagnose faults, generate solutions and implement, Weld & fabricate damaged areas, Electrical repairs, Axle suspension repairs, Hydraulic and brake systems repairs, Wheel bearing replacements, Drive and operate fork truck. Skills and Experience Preferred: Knowledge of heavy vehicle body repairs, Knowledge of fabrication & welding processes, Knowledge of electrical, hydraulics and/or brake systems Good working knowledge of OH&S and Environmental practices. Relevant trade qualification, Body Building experience is a plus Previous experience working on Side Tippers and truck trailers .
