Stapleton Chiropractic is a long-established clinic on Marion Road in Plympton Park, serving the local community for over 50 years. We are looking for a casual receptionist to help keep the front desk welcoming, calm, and organised. This role suits someone who is reliable first . Warmth matters too. Patients should feel greeted properly, phones answered kindly, and the front desk should stay steady when a few things happen at once. You do not need chiropractic experience . Reception, admin, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing backgrounds may transfer well, but are not prerequisites. Training in clinic systems and procedures is provided as part of onboarding. Hours/Availability: Shifts are offered based on clinic needs. As a general guide, time slots that may be offered at this stage include: Monday mornings and afternoons Wednesday and Friday afternoons , and Saturday mornings These may vary depending on the needs of the practice. There may also be occasional time slots offered to cover sick leave or annual leave , where possible. This is a casual position with no guarantee of regular or ongoing hours. You will be a good fit if you: Are punctual and reliable with time slots you accept Give clear, realistic availability Can be warm and approachable while keeping professional boundaries Stay calm when phones, patients, and admin overlap Are comfortable handling private patient information carefully Can follow written procedures and ask when something is unclear Are coachable and willing to learn Healthcare experience is helpful, but reliability, privacy awareness, and coachability matter more.
