We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership within a fast-paced and professional environment. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and provide exceptional administrative and organisational support across the business. Key Responsibilities Management and coordination of calendars, meetings, and appointments Monitoring emails, responding to enquiries, and following up on action items Preparation of correspondence, presentations, reports, and documentation Processing expenses and invoices through electronic systems Coordinating meetings, functions, travel, and video/telephone conferences Providing administrative support across multiple departments and teams Assisting with coordination of company assets including vehicles, phones, and IT equipment Supporting HR and general office administration functions Assisting with projects and ensuring deadlines are met Acting as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders About You Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar PA, Executive Assistant, or senior administration role Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Gmail Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with accurate and efficient typing skills Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Professional, proactive, and able to use initiative Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business Experience within a medium to large organisation highly regarded What's on Offer Varied and fast-paced role with no two days the same Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership Competitive salary package based on experience If you are a polished and motivated administration professional looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
