Operating with initiative and professional judgement, the Support Officer provides a range of administrative, data, and system functions to ensure the integrity and efficiency of student lifecycle and business processes. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in providing quality customer services and administrative support functions in a front-line environment, resolving queries, escalating when necessary, and creating solutions that align with business processes to achieve positive outcomes including skills in accurate and timely data entry, preparing agendas, minute taking. Proven experience in exhibiting cultural awareness and well-developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare clear correspondence, documentation, and reports for a range of audiences and work sensitively and effectively with diverse students, staff, and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under general direction, exercise sound judgement and initiative in the interpretation of regulations, procedures and instructions, and in managing competing priorities in a high-volume, deadline driven environment of continuous change. What You Need to Know A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
