Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment Job reference: 845235 Location: 5000 - ADELAIDE Job status: Long Term Contract Eligibility: Open to Everyone The role An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Project Officer to join the South Australian Leadership Academy (SALA) team at the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment (OCPSE). The Senior Project Officer plays a key role in developing, delivering and reviewing engagement programs, projects and services that identify and develop strategic partnerships, promote executive connection and enhance SALA’s ability to develop leaders across all levels of the public sector. Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships, the Senior Project Officer develops, implements and reviews SALA communications and engagement strategies that build and strengthen relationships with agencies, partners and key stakeholders and undertakes program evaluation activities, including measuring and analysing program outcomes and developing recommendations to heighten sector impact. With a strong focus on future planning and continuous improvement, the Senior Project Officer develops, delivers and reviews projects and initiatives that strengthen engagement and leadership capability across the South Australian public sector and provides high quality project coordination, consultancy and assistance to complex SALA projects and strategic priorities.
