We are a growing structural steel fabrication business seeking a motivated and organised Operations Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day running of our workshop and projects. This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple tasks across administration, procurement, scheduling, and estimating support. Key Responsibilities Stock control and material tracking Procurement and supplier coordination Site and project administration Assisting with workshop and installation scheduling Supporting estimating and quoting processes Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal staff General operational and administrative support About You Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks Good computer skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Experience in the steel fabrication, construction, or manufacturing industry (preferred) Experience reading fabrication or structural drawings would be an advantage What We Offer Stable, long-term position Supportive team environment Varied and hands-on role Opportunity to grow with the business Remuneration will be based on experience.
