Job Description Lead enterprise-level business analysis across security and ERP programs Deliver IAM requirements, process mapping and future-state design Facilitate enterprise workshops with senior business and technology leaders Document current-state and target-state processes and data flows Partner with architecture and technology teams on solution design Engage HR, corporate and operational teams across the organisation Translate complex technical concepts into business requirements Support delivery across changing priorities and funding decisions The Successful Applicant A Successful Business Analyst Should Have Proven experience as a Business Analyst on technology or IT projects Strong technical understanding of systems, integration and authentication Experience with IAM and/or ERP programs is highly regarded Confident facilitator with senior stakeholder engagement experience Able to work independently and initiate work with minimal direction Strong documentation and requirements elicitation capability Comfortable operating in complex, enterprise environments Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities What's on Offer You will work on programs that influence how the organisation secures identity and runs core systems enterprise-wide.
