The role We are currently seeking to appoint up to two Parts Interpreters/Salespersons experienced in selling 4WD auto parts to join our fast growing and successful team. The position is a permanent full-time roll (38 hours per week). Immediate start is available. Duties & Responsibilities Be an integral part of a dedicated team who strives to achieve Identify vehicle makes, models and variations to determine the right parts through our computer database and inventory system Process all orders, invoices and payments efficiently and accurately Ensure timely supply of parts through the receivable and dispatch process Provide excellent communication and customer service skills Skills and Experience Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a Parts Interpreter/Salesperson role in the automotive industry Prior experience selling car parts Exceptional computer and literacy skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills Highly motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude Experience with Pinnacle software an advantage as this role involves negotiating predominately by phone using this computer based inventory system A strong awareness and commitment to health & safety Committed to ensuring a positive customer service experience, understanding our customer needs and building positive ongoing relationships Benefits A supportive work environment Competitive salary based on experience Excellent working conditions Great team environment How to Apply If you have the skills and experience necessary and want to become an important part of our successful team, please attach a cover letter with resume and email to: oriental4wd.com.au
