THE OPPORTUNITY Located conveniently on the city fringe, in Hindmarsh, we are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator with a bright, positive attitude and energy to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a busy, multitasking role in a fast-paced small-to-medium business environment, requiring someone who is flexible, comfortable with frequent changes in tasks, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering engaging content, supporting campaigns and product launches, and connecting with our community to strengthen brand awareness. Create engaging content including written posts, graphics, photos, videos, short-form content, and user-generated content (UGC). Respond to customer enquiries and online comments professionally and promptly. Support digital marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events. Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to coordinate content and maintain brand alignment. Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness through partnerships with influencers, ambassadors, and community-generated content. ABOUT YOU You will have the opportunity to bring: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a social media coordinator role or similar. Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling/analytics tools, photography, and videography. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities in a busy environment. Bright, positive attitude, with energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach. Interested in the outdoors, 4x4 vehicles, and automotive culture is highly regarded. Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices. Ability to work from the office 5 days per week where work from home is offered on an ad hoc basis only.
