Position Title: Assistant Maintenance Planner Location: Welshpool, WA The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Maintenance Planner to support the coordination and administration of maintenance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring work orders are accurately captured, materials are organised, and maintenance services are delivered efficiently to remote communities. Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile contractor work orders and maintenance documentation. Enter and maintain accurate data across maintenance systems. Source and order materials required for maintenance works. Assist with invoice preparation and administrative tasks. Support scheduling activities and coordination of maintenance workflows. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements. About You You are highly organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You have strong attention to detail and can manage high volumes of information while maintaining accuracy. Skills and Experience Experience in administration, data entry, or maintenance support roles. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. Experience in maintenance, housing, or trade environments desirable.
