Our manufacturing business is seeking an energetic, self-motivated and confident team member to support & assist our sales/accounts team. The employment is a full time position - starting immediately. Your role includes (but not limited to); · Greeting clients and customer service through showroom, · Supporting fellow staff members, · Managing incoming phone calls and emails, · Maintaining electronic diaries, meetings and staff movements, · Administration Support to Sales, Estimating & Accounts Team, · General administration tasks · Maintain the appearance of the showroom and meeting rooms. This position will suit a candidate with: · Interactive personality, well presented, helpful and courteous, · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, · Ability to multi-task, be well organised and work in a fast paced work place, · Ability to adapt & learn, · Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (compulsory), · Experience in MYOB (preferable), · Experience in the building industry would be advantageous. It is also very important that the candidate can work well in a team environment. In return, the company will reward you with growth, training and development along with a hourly rate between $30 to $36 per hour plus superannuation for the successful candidate.
