As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, strengthen industry partnerships, and drive revenue opportunities. About the Role This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone passionate about relationship building, strategic growth, and making a genuine impact within the vocational education and training sector. Reporting directly to the COO, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving sales performance, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business growth strategies and initiatives Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and clients Manage ongoing business accounts and client engagement Achieve monthly and annual KPI targets Lead and mentor the Business Development Officer Monitor market trends and workforce training needs Prepare client proposals, agreements, and business documentation Enhance client experience and stakeholder satisfaction Represent MIA at networking and business development events About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in a similar Business Development role, preferably within an RTO environment Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Leadership experience with a positive and proactive approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Essential Requirements National Police Clearance (within 6 months) Current driver’s licence Ability to travel when required Why Join Us?
