What You’ll Be Doing As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for our industrial crane and lifting equipment portfolio. You will: Develop and grow new business opportunities across your territory Build strong relationships with industrial customers and key stakeholders Manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through to close Prepare compelling quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and solution presentations Collaborate with Service Sales teams to uncover additional opportunities Work closely with Project Engineers, Branch teams, and Production to ensure smooth project handovers Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasting within CRM systems Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms professionally and effectively Stay ahead of market opportunities and customer needs This is a highly autonomous role where your initiative, energy, and results-driven mindset will directly contribute to your success.
