We require a full-time salesperson with good knowledge and passion for motorcycles to join our team at our family run and owned Triumph and Royal Enfield dealership in Burswood established in the 1970s. It is preferable that the applicant has a full motorcycle license, some previous industry experience, salesperson license and basic computing skills. This job is more than just a bike sales role and the applicant will require good organization, customer service skills and versatility as they will be required to complete many varied tasks. The applicant must be available to work every second Saturday (9.00am - 1.00pm) This role will include Motorcycle sales and trade in evaluations Assisting customers in purchasing new and used motorcycles Handover of new and used motorcycles including explanation of features, warranty, servicing and completing required paperwork Assisting customers in purchasing riding gear and accessories Assisting customer with demo rides and loan bikes General store duties including keeping a well-presented showroom Listing motorcycles ads on online platforms Assisting in marketing and promotional activities Communicating with customers instore as well as on phone and email Looking after used bikes and ensuring they well-presented and are ready for customers to purchase and test-ride We are looking for someone with attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and can provide friendly and professional advice to customers. You will have access to test-ride the latest Triumph and Royal Enfield motorcycles as well as great staff discounts on bikes, riding gear, parts and accessories.
