Temporary Training Officer opportunity within state government. Your new company Our client is seeking an experienced Training Officer to join their team on an 8-month short-term temporary contract with the possibility of extension. Your new role Delivering engaging training sessions, workshops and education programs to support system rollout and onboarding Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements Reporting on training delivery, outcomes and resource utilisation Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to understand learning needs and support business objectives Collaborating with the broader project team to identify trends, issues and opportunities to improve user adoption Coordinating training schedules, materials and resources to meet organisational needs Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across a distributed network Supporting a strong customer service focus and continuous improvement approach What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in the design, development and delivery of technical training programmes Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to deliver to varied audiences Experience working within large-scale system implementations or changing environments (highly regarded) Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Strong written communication skills, including the development of training materials and documentation A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes What you'll get in return Full-time hours Competitive hourly rate Close to public transport links What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
