As an Advisor – Driver Training and Road Safety Education , you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing this vision to life—educating, influencing and empowering people across the community to become safer road users. What you will be doing: Deliver engaging, hands-on towing safety training , building participant skills and confidence Facilitate workshops and education sessions for learner and novice drivers and their supervisors Contribute to the design and improvement of road safety programs using RAC research and insights Partner with stakeholders to identify high-risk road user groups and develop targeted initiatives Support the creation of engaging educational content across digital and in-person channels Manage bookings, coordinate delivery, and ensure high-quality program outcomes Oversee service providers and manage resources to maximise community impact What you will bring: Experience delivering towing safety training or driver education programs Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong facilitation skills, with confidence engaging diverse audiences Understanding of road safety principles and education Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to program development Well-developed organisational skills and attention to detail Essential WA Driver’s Licence (C Class – Manual), held for 3 years Medium or Heavy Rigid Licence (TLIC3004) Highly desirable Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) Certificate IV in Transport & Logistics or WA Driving Instructor Licence This role will require flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and activities as well as occasional regional travel.
