Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and goals Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to improve independence, function, and quality of life Deliver therapy across community settings, including homes, clinics, and local environments Work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Provide practical education and strategies to clients, carers, and support workers Contribute to NDIS planning, reporting, and review processes Maintain accurate documentation in line with NDIS and organisational standards What We’re Looking For Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration Minimum 2 years’ experience in community or NDIS settings Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently Confident communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, adaptable approach to client care Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle What Makes Us Different 1:1 mentorship from a Senior OT: you’ll receive consistent, personalised support—not just during onboarding, but ongoing as you grow in your role.
