OUT OF SCHOOL HOUR CARE DIRECTOR LEVEL 8 Evanston Gardens Primary School invites you to bring your brilliance as our OSHC Director. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our new governing-council operated OSHC service within a welcoming and supportive school community. We are seeking an experienced and passionate OSHC professional to join our friendly, dedicated team. Your vision and expertise will help create a calm, engaging, play-based environment, making a lasting impact on children and their families. This permanent part-time position 30 hours per week, negotiable, includes before school care (6:15–8:45am), after school care (2:45–6:15pm), vacation care, and non-contact planning and administrative hours. Shifts and hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant. Desirable knowledge and experience: Sound leadership, operational and financial management skills Ability to relate well with diverse children, families and staff Knowledge of the NQF and MTOP Knowledge of the CCMS, CCS and Children Services Award Willingness to engage in ongoing supported training and professional development Required Qualifications: Diploma or Degree level qualification as approved by ACECQA First Aid qualifications as approved by ACECQA Responding to Abuse and Neglect training Criminal History Screening Protective Practises All applications must be submitted via SEEK - applications close 8:00pm Saturday 16th May 2026.
