We are a private, members only Club offering a wide range of hospitality services including bar meals, fine dining, weddings, private dinners, luncheons, meeting rooms, bar facilities, and more. The Club offers high standards of hospitality service in its beautiful heritage listed building. Typically operating Monday to Friday Lunch and Tuesday to Saturday Dinner, we are seeking a Demi Chef / Chef de Partie to support our team, roster dependent on business requirements which include both lunch and dinner service. We are looking for a Demi Chef / Chef de Partie that can hit the ground running who must have the following: qualified with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role within a busy kitchen. Experience with pans and grills Fine dining experience an advantage Strong pastry / dessert background an advantage Someone who problem solves and accepts challenges. Ready to assist the head chef and take responsibility in his absence. A great work ethic. A wide repertoire of food ideas. Reliable and conscientious. Passionate about their craft. A great temperament is a must. Ability to teach and guide younger chefs.
