About The Role We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Stapylton facility in the Logan / Northern Gold Coast region. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods while maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and housekeeping. Your work pattern will include: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday Overtime opportunities as required Key Responsibilities Operations Ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse materials and products Pick and prepare orders accurately from delivery notes and picking slips Receive and check all incoming freight Load distribution vehicles safely and securely, identifying any errors or damages Ensure all outgoing goods meet high quality standards Maintain stock rotation using FIFO principles Assist with stocktakes and inventory counting Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse Follow standard operating procedures and company policies at all times Safety & Quality Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures Report incidents, near misses, and hazards promptly Support a positive and proactive safety culture Adhere to food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and GMP Ensure all work is carried out in line with site quality requirements About You Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Experience with dispatch functions and stock control Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks Current forklift licence Familiar with Microsoft Office systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment A team player with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently Willingness to participate in shift work if required Why Nu-Pure?
