About The Role We are currently seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Stapylton facility in the Logan / Northern Gold Coast region. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Warehouse Manager. You will play a key role in leading day-to-day warehouse operations while actively working alongside your team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. Your work pattern will include: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday Overtime opportunities as required Key Responsibilities Operations Oversee daily warehouse operations to maximise productivity and meet operational targets Coordinate distribution activities and team members to meet internal and external customer requirements Manage inventory, stock movements, and warehouse capacity across receipt, storage, and dispatch Support hands-on warehouse activities including picking, packing, staging, and loading/unloading Coordinate dispatch documentation and processes across ERP, WMS, freight, and pallet systems Participate in stock takes and assist with inventory control Maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring safe forklift operation and upkeep Manage rework of damaged stock and maintain high housekeeping standards Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and site standards Leadership Lead from the front as a hands-on supervisor, supporting your team on the floor Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and are held accountable Coach, develop, and support employees to drive performance and engagement Promote strong adherence to quality and food safety standards Safety & Compliance Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to WHS policies and procedures Ensure new employees are inducted and trained appropriately Investigate incidents and near misses and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements About You Experience in a warehouse and distribution environment, ideally within FMCG Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role Strong hands-on capability—comfortable working on the floor with your team Proven experience with stock control and stock takes Experience using WMS/RF scanning systems (SAP highly regarded) Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Current forklift licence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Why Nu-Pure?
