Energetic Kitchen Attendants for a fast-paced Hospitality Precinct Cleaning & Sanitation: Cleaning and maintenance of all delegated kitchen work areas. Sanitisation and upkeep of all workstations, bench-tops, ovens, and floors to maintain hygiene standards Dishwashing: Operating dishwashers and washing pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Support Kitchen: Assisting with handling of food deliveries, unpacking, safe storage and any associated stock rotation required in kitchens, cool rooms or dry storage areas. Food Preparation: Assisting chefs by peeling, slicing, chopping, washing, and preparing food items. Waste Management: Removing rubbish and cleaning garbage areas. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, chemical use, and staff compliance. Communication: Provide regular communication to Venue Management regarding any venue-related issues that could contribute to the detriment of team or guest discomfort and safety.
