What is the role? As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships across the business. This is a senior, commercially focused role responsible for strengthening partnerships, driving account growth, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience from concept through to delivery. We’re looking for someone on-site who can confidently manage strategic relationships, navigate fast-moving environments, and become a trusted partner to our clients. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts and play a central role in client retention, growth, and overall relationship management. Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts Building strong relationships with founders, brand owners, and key stakeholders Leading client communications, meetings, and strategic reviews Identifying opportunities for account growth and long-term partnership development Managing client expectations and timelines across multiple projects Coordinating internally to ensure smooth delivery and high service standards Supporting commercial outcomes across the client portfolio Proactively resolving challenges and maintaining strong client confidence You likely bring: 5 years’ experience in Account Management, Client Services, Partnerships, or similar Strong experience retaining and growing client accounts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Confidence working cross-functionally with operational and production teams A proactive, solutions-focused approach Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, beauty, skincare, wellness, or related industries highly regarded This is a hands‑on role offering a diverse range of responsibilities, providing variety in your day and the opportunity to contribute to commercial decision‑making and broader business success.
