We are looking for a WA Agent Operations Coordinator to support and drive the performance of our Agents, while supporting operations in Kelmscott. About the Role This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on keeping our network of agent sites performing, compliant, and operationally strong. While the role has a commercial lens — using data to identify opportunities and improve site performance — it is not a traditional sales or business development position. There is no cold calling, no hunting for new clients, and no commission-driven pipeline. Instead, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems, working across operations, and supporting partner sites to perform at their best. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agents, balancing performance insights with practical, operational execution. Key Responsibilities Network Performance & Optimisation Review site and asset performance data to identify improvement opportunities Work with agent sites to lift utilisation, presentation, and overall performance Support agents with practical improvements rather than “selling” solutions Act as a trusted point of contact across the network Field Operations & Execution Install, maintain, and troubleshoot kiosks and related equipment Coordinate and assist with trailer relocations and asset balancing Support new site setups and manage site closures when required Attend sites to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively Operational Support & Compliance Ensure sites meet operational, safety, and brand standards Identify issues early and work with internal teams to resolve them Provide feedback from the field to support continuous improvement Assist with ad-hoc operational projects as required What This Role Is This role is: Operationally focused Hands-on and field-based Data-informed, but practical Relationship-driven with existing partners This role is NOT: A cold-calling or hunting sales role Commission-based CRM or pipeline heavy Focused on acquiring new clients About You You’re practical, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You enjoy variety, autonomy, and being out in the field rather than behind a desk. You likely come from a background in: Operations, logistics, fleet, or field services Network, partner, or site-based environments Technical, trade, or operational leadership roles with a commercial lens Skills & Experience Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Comfortable analysing basic performance data and turning it into action Confident communicating with internal teams and external partners Willing and able to travel regularly and work autonomously Technically minded or mechanically inclined (highly regarded) Why This Role?
