Job Description We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Engineer to support the continued growth of our Hägglunds aftermarket business across Western Australia. This role is focused on developing strong long term relationships with our existing install base, identifying opportunities for upgrades, retrofits, modernisations, and aftermarket support services across mining and heavy industry customers. Working closely with Service, Engineering, and Aftermarket teams, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers improve reliability, performance, and long term operational outcomes through tailored service solutions. What you will be doing Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with End Users, providing ongoing technical and commercial support across the Hägglunds service portfolio Aftermarket Sales & Growth: Identify and develop opportunities for upgrades, retrofits, modernisations, spare parts, repairs, and service agreements across existing customer sites Mining & Regional Development: Drive business growth across key mining customers throughout the Pilbara and broader Western Australian regions Technical Consultation & Support: Provide technical advice, develop service proposals, and support customers with system improvements and operational performance initiatives Quotations & Commercial Support: Prepare technical and commercial quotations, negotiate service agreements, and support tender submissions Service & Project Coordination: Work closely with Service, Quality, and Engineering teams to support project execution, commissioning activities, and customer outcomes Market & Strategy Development: Analyse market trends, install base opportunities, and spare parts requirements to support future growth strategies Reporting & Industry Engagement: Maintain sales forecasts and reporting, while representing the business at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events across the region
