As Branch Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day branch operations while driving business development initiatives, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting sales growth across the branch. About the Role Reporting to the Division Regional Manager [WA], you will be responsible for supervising daily branch activities, supporting counter sales operations, and always ensuring exceptional customer service standards. This role requires a strong balance of operational leadership, customer engagement, team coordination, and commercial awareness. The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Belmont branch, ensuring efficient store performance, excellent customer service, and smooth order fulfilment. The role includes supervising branch activities, managing inventory and stock control, supporting counter sales, handling customer enquiries and key accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also play a key role in driving sales growth through business development initiatives, maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the overall operational and commercial success of the branch. About You To succeed in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience in a wholesale trade supervisory role Experience within HVAC, trade, wholesale, or industrial sectors highly regarded Strong sales and business development capability Sound knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities A customer-first attitude with the ability to lead by example Sound computer and administration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Should have license to operate safe work equipment such as FK or RFKL Why Join Us?
