Synergie is seeking a practical, hands-on Fabricator / Welder to join a busy workshop producing high-quality agricultural equipment. This is a Day Shift only role offering stable, long-term hours in a supportive team environment. What You’ll Do: MIG welding mild steel components Fabrication, cutting, grinding, folding, and preparation of materials Reading and interpreting workshop drawings Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets Maintaining a clean and organised work area About You: Experience in fabrication and/or welding (sheetmetal experience highly regarded) Confident MIG welding mild steel Able to read and follow workshop drawings Experience with fabrication and sheetmetal machinery Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Shift & Pay: Day Shift only: Mon–Thu 6:00am–2:30pm | Fri 6:00am–12:00pm Up to $56 per hour (depending on experience and qualification) Long-term opportunity with potential for permanency If you’re a hands-on Fabricator / Welder looking for stable Day Shift work with great pay and consistent hours, we’d love to hear from you.
