We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Cash Book & Finance Officer to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records. About the Role Reporting to the Finance Team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and allocated across multiple accounts and systems. Key Responsibilities Recording daily cash receipts and payments into the cash book system Reconciling bank statements against company financial records Identifying and resolving discrepancies, missing transactions, and unmatched items Allocating customer payments to invoices and debtor accounts Allocating daily credit card bankings against outstanding debtors Assisting with end-of-month reconciliations and reporting processes Supporting debt collection activities and follow-up processes Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems Liaising with banks, suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding payment matters Investigating and correcting accounting errors Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as required Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong numerical and reconciliation skills Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience using ERP or accounting software systems Sound understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role preferred Why Join Clear Health Psychology?
