Credit Management Officer Location: Bentley, WA Work Type: 12 month Max Term Contract | Full Time Autonomous role managing end-to-end credit activities Hybrid working – up to 2 days from home 13.5% super. You’ll play a key role in managing Horizon Power’s aged debt portfolio across both residential and commercial customers, helping recover outstanding payments while delivering a high standard of customer experience. Work with internal teams, external agencies and debt collection partners. Maintain accurate records, reporting and Excel based tracking of aged debt. What you’ll bring Experience in a consumer and or commercial credit environment. Strong credit management or debt collection experience. Confident communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations. A customer-first mindset with empathy and emotional awareness. Resilience and professionalism when managing difficult or confronting situations. Ability to work autonomously while staying connected with the broader team.
