The Opportunity Troocoo is proud to partner with a leading Tier 1 mining organisation, based in Perth’s CBD, for a minimum 12-month contract. This globally recognised company is currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join their high-performing team. In this role, you will play a key role in optimising existing engineering services engagements, with a strong focus on the effective management of key engineering panel contracts to drive performance, value, and long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include: Proactively manage and strengthen supplier relationships across established engineering panels, balancing performance, risk, and long-term partnership objectives. Prepare the submission, review, and approval of progress payment claims from contractors and suppliers. Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of claims, ensuring all supporting documentation is provided. Manage variations by assessing their validity and ensuring that proper contractual procedures are adhered to for changes in scope and value. Analyse contract performance data to generate regular reports to leaders on contract performance, highlighting expenditure and key performance indicators. Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to streamline Sustaining Capital processes and drive continuous improvement. Support ad hoc procurement and sourcing activities when required. Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in managing and sustaining strong, productive supplier relationships to ensure consistent service quality and delivery outcomes. Solid procurement experience, ideally within engineering services or comparable technically complex environments. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple competing demands. Proven ability to deliver successful outcomes through commercial negotiation, stakeholder influence, and collaborative engagement. Strong data analysis skills with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in commercial assessments, performance reporting, and decision making.
