We are looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Receptionist & Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team, located centrally in East Perth. This role includes hands‑on Accounts Receivable responsibilities and is best suited to someone with prior AR experience. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accounts receivable duties including processing bank allocations, account reconciliations and setting up new customer accounts Maintaining and updating existing customer accounts Liaising with customers regarding payments and account enquiries Front of house reception Answering internal and external phone calls Assisting with general administration duties What you need to be a successful applicant: A minimum of 1 year’s hands‑on Accounts Receivable experience is essential. Experience using MYOB (or similar accounting software). You must be comfortable managing Accounts Receivable responsibilities alongside reception duties. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. A good attitude and a willingness to learn.
