About the Role This role provides the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor and senior technical leader for one of our most strategic enterprise clients, helping shape the future direction of their ServiceNow platform and broader digital transformation journey. As the Senior Architect, you will influence platform strategy, architecture standards, governance, and roadmap planning across a complex and evolving enterprise environment. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, delivery teams, and business leaders to design scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that enable operational excellence, automation, and AI-driven transformation. Responsibilities Design enterprise-level solutions on the ServiceNow platform, covering ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and custom workflows Develop technical architecture, high-level design documents, and implementation guides for large-scale deployments Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide strategic recommendations Oversee platform integrations with other tools and systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency Guide junior team members and host design authority meetings to review and approve technical solutions Monitor instance performance, manage upgrade cycles, and implement new release functionalities to enhance user experience Partner with Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations, Security, Risk/Compliance, and product teams to maintain a cohesive platform strategy Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, solutioning, and responding to client challenges Why DXC DXC global ServiceNow business group draws on our experience as a strategic partner to deliver innovative models that automate and optimise workflows and processes across enterprise and accelerate technology driven business transformations.
